Course Syllabus
Tazkiyah
Develop a strong foundation in Islamic knowledge.
- Tazkiyah addresses the purification of the soul and the refinement of character.
- Students learn about the inner dimensions of worship, combating harmful traits like arrogance and envy, and cultivating virtues such as sincerity, patience, and gratitude.
- This discipline is deeply rooted in the Qur'an and Sunnah, guiding students on how to attain closeness to Allah and lead a spiritually fulfilling life.
Fiqh
- This subject covers the practical aspects of Islamic law, including acts of worship (prayer, fasting, zakat, hajj), transactions, family matters, and ethical conduct.
- The teacher emphasizes the application of rulings in daily life, ensuring students understand the reasoning and methodology behind Islamic jurisprudence.
- Various schools of thought (madhahib) are also introduced to provide a broad perspective on Islamic legal tradition.
Aqidah
- Aqidah explores the fundamental beliefs of Islam, such as the oneness of Allah (Tawheed), prophethood, the afterlife, and divine decree.
- Students learn how to strengthen their faith, understand Islamic creed, and address modern challenges to their belief system.
