About the bazaar
The bazaar fills both halls for three days over the winter weekend. Last year it brought in the single largest contribution to the building fund, and the halls were busy from opening to close.
A stall is booked for the whole run, not by the day — you set up on the Friday morning and stay until Sunday evening. The price below covers all three days.

Set up before you arrive on the Friday.
One 13-amp socket. Tell us if you need more.
Guest network, fine for a card reader.
Stock stays in the hall; the building is alarmed.
Tea and food for two stallholders each day.

Before you book
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Full refund up to 28 days before the bazaar. Between 28 and 14 days, half. Inside 14 days we cannot refund — the pitch is held for you and it is too late to re-let it — but you may pass it to another business if you tell us who.
What if the bazaar is called off?
If the masjid cancels, every stall is refunded in full and automatically. If the dates move, your pitch moves with them and you can ask for a refund instead.
Can I change or swap my stall?
Yes, subject to what is still free. Moving to a dearer zone costs the difference; moving to a cheaper one is refunded. Ask the office rather than booking a second stall.
When can I set up and pack down?
Set-up is Friday from 7:00 AM, and the hall must be ready by 9:45 AM. Pack-down is Sunday from 8:00 PM and the hall has to be clear the same night. Stock may stay in the hall overnight on the Friday and Saturday.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. Stallholders need their own public liability cover, and we will ask to see it before the doors open. The masjid’s policy covers the building, not your stall or your stock.
What happens to my details?
Company name, contact details and what you sell are kept for 12 months after the bazaar so we can invite you back and deal with anything outstanding, then deleted. They are never shared or sold.
Placeholder terms. Sensible defaults, not masjid policy — the refund ladder and the insurance requirement both need a decision, and the retention period must match what the privacy page says.
